Refund & Exchange Policy

At Skyworld Corporate, every effort is made to ensure the highest quality standards. Most of our products are customized, personalized, engraved, printed, fabricated, or manufactured specifically according to customer requirements.

Because of the nature of our business, the following policy applies.

  1. No Return Policy on Customized Products

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Personalized Gifts
  • Engraved Products
  • Printed Merchandise
  • Corporate Branding Items
  • Promotional Products
  • Logo-Branded Merchandise
  • Fabricated Products
  • Customized Decorative Items
  • Made-to-Order Products
  • Bulk Corporate Orders

Once customization has been completed, products cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned.

  1. No Exchange Policy

Skyworld Corporate does not provide exchanges for:

  • Customized products
  • Personalized products
  • Engraved products
  • Fabricated items
  • Products manufactured according to customer specifications

Customers are advised to review all product specifications carefully before placing orders.

  1. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Production

Cancellation requests may be accepted at our discretion before production begins.

Any design, setup, processing, or administrative charges incurred may be deducted.

After Production Starts

Once printing, engraving, fabrication, customization, branding, or manufacturing has commenced:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Payments become non-refundable.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product substantially differs from the approved order specification.

To process such claims, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs
  • Unboxing images/videos
  • Detailed description of the issue

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in claim rejection.

  1. Inspection & Resolution

Upon verification of a valid claim, Skyworld Corporate may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product
  • Repair the product
  • Reproduce the customized item
  • Provide store credit where appropriate

Refunds shall only be issued where replacement or correction is not feasible.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds shall not be issued for:

  • Customer-approved design errors
  • Spelling mistakes approved by customer
  • Color variations within industry tolerances
  • Minor manufacturing variations
  • Change of mind
  • Delayed delivery due to external factors
  • Incorrect information provided by customer
  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, handling fees, design fees, artwork charges, setup charges, and customization fees are generally non-refundable.

  1. Bulk Orders

Bulk and corporate orders are manufactured specifically for customers and are therefore:

  • Non-returnable
  • Non-exchangeable
  • Non-refundable after production begins

  1. Final Decision

All return, replacement, refund, and exchange decisions shall remain solely at the discretion of Skyworld Corporate after review of the claim and supporting evidence.
